"Quit Smoking Now" Classes Scheduled for September through October

If you are ready to quit smoking, you are encouraged to attend the Big Bend Area Health Education Center's (Big Bend AHEC) free class/support group "Quit Smoking Now", a curriculum developed by ex-smokers for those who want to become ex-smokers themselves.
There will be two 6-week sessions offered:
The group will meet weekly on Tuesdays for a total of six sessions. There is no cost to attend. Free nicotine patches, while supplies last.
The first session will meet at 6:00 p.m. beginning Tuesday, September 13, 2011 and continuing each Tuesday through October 18, 2011 at the Wakulla County Public Library located at 4330 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida.
The second session will meet at 2:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, September 20, 2011 and continuing each Tuesday through October 25, 2011 at the Wakulla Medical Center (Conference Room) located at 1328 Coastal Highway in Panacea, Florida.
