Senior Citizen News Next Savvy Senior Program to be Held at Senior Center on July 25

Capital Health Plan is proud to present the Savvy Senior program for July 2011. Join us Monday, July 25 at 10:30am at the Wakulla County Senior Citizen center for our program featuring "Improving Your Mental Health".
The event will be presented by John Goble, PhD and hosted by Anna Johnson Riedel.
John Goble, PhD is the Quality Improvement Behavioral Health Specialist for Capital Health Plan. Anna Johnson Riedel is one of the most familiar faces in North Florida as the former morning host for WCTV's "Good Morning Show".
This event is free and open to the public. The Savvy Senior is a program for older adults who want to learn more about creating and maintaining healthy, happy and active lifestyles.
