The Riversprings Middle School Symphonic Band scored straight Superior Ratings again on March 11, when they participated in the Florida Bandmasters Music Evaluation at Godby High School.

This event occurs once a year and it is one of the most prestigious events that FBA sponsors.

This marks the second year in a row that Riversprings has scored Superior at this event.  This repeated Superior scoring may not have ever occured at the middle school level before in Wakulla County, making it a historic event.

"This is absolutely a proud moment in time.  These students have truly proven greatness to the school, their families, and most of all to themselves.  I am so proud of each and everyone of them," said Carmen Williams, Director of Bands at Riversprings Middle School.
