2011 MID SPRING SPORTS REGISTRATION
YOUTH SOCCER
REGISTRATION DATES: SATURDAY APRIL 2ND TO SATURDAY, APRIL 9TH
REGISTRATION TIMES: 8:00 A.M. TO 12:00 NOON
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: SATURDAY, APRIL 9TH AT 12:00 NOON
A $10.00 late fee will be added after April 9th Deadline.
REGISTRATION PLACE: MEDART RECREATION PARK OFF U.S. 98
AGE DETERMINING DATE: SEPTEMBER 1st, 2011 FOR SOCCER
COST: $40.00 PER CHILD
Ages: 4 & UNDER DIVISION – Players must be 3 prior to 9/1/11 and may turn 5 on or after 9/1/11
6 & UNDER DIVISION – Players must be 5 prior to 9/1/11 and may turn 7 on or after 9/1/11
8 & UNDER DIVISION – Players must be 7 prior to 9/1/11 and may turn 9 on or after 9/1/11
10 & UNDER DIVISION – Players must be 9 prior to 9/1/11 and may turn 11 on or after 9/1/11
12 & UNDER DIVISION – Players must be 11 prior to 9/1/11 and may turn 13 on or after 9/1/11
There will be a 4 team minimum requirement for each division to be established.
PLAYER PITCH LEAGUE
REGISTRATION DATES: SATURDAY APRIL 2ND TO SATURDAY, APRIL 9TH
REGISTRATION TIMES: 8:00 A.M. TO 12:00 NOON
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: SATURDAY, APRIL 9TH AT 12:00 NOON
REGISTRATION PLACE: MEDART RECREATION PARK OFF U.S. 98
AGE DETERMINING DATE: April 30th 2011 FOR PLAYER PITCH LEAGUE
COST: $45.00 PER CHILD
Ages: 7 & 8 DIVISION -Players must be 7 prior to 4/30/11 and may turn 9 on or after 4/30/11
Player pitch is a league that builds on previous pitching machine league experience.
Although not required it is encouraged that players have experienced some type of live pitching. The league will start shortly after Spring Break.
The league will commence only if there is enough participation.
All players ( Player Pitch & Soccer) must provide proof of health insurance or purchase for an additional $10.00. All leagues are coed. If interested in coaching the above sports, please contact the Recreation Department. For questions or more information call 926-7227 or visit
