High School Sports War Eagles Defeat Munroe Bobcats in Extra Inning

The Wakulla War Eagles needed an extra inning to defeat the Munroe Bobcats Tuesday night in Mt. Pleasant by the final of 7-3.
Jordan Montague picked up his third win of the season with three solid innings of work. Ryan Zimba pitched five innings as well only allowing two unearned runs and recording seven strikeouts.
Casey Eddinger led the way at the plate with three hits and his first homerun of the season. Jeff Barnes, Ryan Zimba, Conner Smith, Jake Walker, and Henry Adkison had a hit apiece.
Wakulla plays at home this Friday, March 4 at 7:00 p.m against Taylor County. Come out and support the War Eagles!
